Fluitec’s Contiplant In-line Reactor System is a comprehensive reactor system that enables complete control of exothermic and viscous reaction systems for yield optimization and unwanted byproduct suppression.
The Contiplant series includes numerous temperature sensors, actuators and other peripherals specially developed for monitoring and studying reaction exotherms along the reaction path and have no detrimental effects on the residence time range, heat transfer or mixing efficiency. Also included is a specially developed high-speed premixer cooler (Helix-Torpedo), injection valves, dosing points, sampling valves and pressure sensors.
